Quality, Information Security and Environmental Policy of Dockland Technologies Ltd.
In 2024, our company underwent a change of ownership and, as a consequence, a company name change. The former Xerox Magyarország Kft. now operates under the name Dockland Technologies Ltd. The company was acquired from Xerox Limited by a Hungarian consortium and became 100% Hungarian-owned.
Regardless of its name or ownership structure, the company has been operating in Hungary for more than 25 years. Since August 2024, Dockland Technologies Ltd. has continued its operations not as a subsidiary of Xerox Limited, but as a key service and commercial partner, thereby remaining a prominent representative of the Xerox brand. The company’s primary focus continues to be high-quality operational and maintenance services, innovative document management solutions, as well as the sale of equipment, consumables, and IT devices.

The primary objective of Dockland Technologies Ltd. is to fully meet the expectations and requirements of customers, partners, clients, and suppliers through quality, reliability, and environmental responsibility in all sales and services provided.
During its commercial, service, and maintenance activities, the company strives to prevent environmental pollution and comply with all quality and environmental regulations and requirements governing its operations. We fully observe and apply all laws, standards, and legal regulations relevant to our activities. Strict compliance with these requirements obliges the organization to provide high-quality services to the customers of Dockland Technologies Ltd., while adhering to quality assurance, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and ethical standards.
To achieve these objectives, we have implemented and operate an efficient integrated management system developed in accordance with the MSZ EN ISO 9001 and MSZ EN ISO 14001 standards. This system guarantees the consistent and outstanding quality of our services, supported by various IT systems with accurate and up-to-date databases and processes.
Our goal is also continuous improvement and development, enabling us to identify evolving expectations and requirements, maintain a competitive advantage, and fulfill even the latent needs of our clients.
Our quality and environmental objectives are reviewed periodically and communicated across all relevant functions and levels of the organization. By continuously improving our quality and environmental targets and plans, we enhance our processes and the quality of our services in the spirit of environmental responsibility.

Information Security Policy
A high level of information security and maintaining the trust of our customers are fundamental to the operations of Dockland Technologies Kft. To this end, our information security and cybersecurity processes are designed and operated in accordance with applicable Hungarian and international standards, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Our key objective is to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information, customer data and personal data we manage. We maintain an inventory of the data and information assets processed by our IT systems, regularly assess and evaluate risks, and continuously improve the necessary protective measures.
We operate a comprehensive internal governance framework for managing and overseeing information security. As part of this framework:
- we operate and continuously improve an information security management system in accordance with the ISO/IEC 27001 standard;
- we apply a cybersecurity control framework that complies with Hungary’s national requirements implementing the NIS2 Directive and has been assessed by an independent auditor.
Our employees regularly attend information security training to ensure that they consistently apply the knowledge and procedures required for secure operations in their daily work.
Dockland Technologies Kft. uses only controlled and securely operated IT systems. To ensure the continuous support of our business processes, we maintain appropriate capacities, backups, redundancies and monitoring mechanisms. This includes:
- the physical protection of IT equipment and systems;
- the management and monitoring of access rights;
- data backup and archiving;
- system capacity planning and monitoring;
- the conditions required for high-availability operations.
We apply our information security requirements not only to our own operations but also when selecting suppliers and subcontractors and throughout our cooperation with them.
Our aim is to provide our customers with IT services that meet the highest professional, legal and regulatory standards in cybersecurity and data protection, as well as in functionality and reliability.
