Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (ICT)
The aim of the training programme is to provide participants with a theoretical and practical foundation in the use of artificial intelligence, including Python, ChatGPT and machine learning models.
Description of the training programme: During the training, participants learn about how AI works, generative artificial intelligence, data analysis and the practical applications of AI. Particular emphasis is placed on critical thinking, source evaluation, ethical and data protection considerations, and the identification of AI-generated content. Through practical, project-based exercises, the programme enables participants to use AI tools independently and responsibly in their day-to-day work and in their own projects.
Assertive Communication
The aim of the training programme is to help employees develop their assertiveness and communicate more consciously and effectively in their day-to-day work.
Description of the training programme: During this engaging and interactive course, participants learn about different communication styles, the role of empathy and active listening, and the fundamental techniques of assertive self-expression. The practice-oriented training helps participants identify and improve their own communication patterns while supporting self-advocacy and effective collaboration.
