General information
The agreement starts with a 19-month contract period, during which direct orders or individual contracts can be placed. This period can be extended once, by a maximum of 5 months, during which the total amount can be increased by up to 30 percent. The execution of the signed contracts must be completed within 48 months, followed by a three-month accounting period for handling performance certifications and final settlements.

General information
The framework agreement starts with a 30-month contract period, during which individual contracts can be signed and their execution can also begin. The execution period for the contract is 24 months from the end of the contract period, but no new contracts can be signed during this time. Only the fulfillment of previously signed individual contracts and the settlement of their payments can take place. The following three-month accounting period ensures the financial closure of the framework agreement.
