Dockland Technologies is the exclusive distributor and service partner of Xerox high-end digital production presses in Hungary, backed by more than three decades of professional expertise. In the Hungarian market, as worldwide, Xerox is a market leader in the high-end segment, supporting the printing industry with outstanding reliability and continuous technological innovation. Our portfolio ranges from professional digital production presses to high-performance industrial systems capable of handling large-volume, precise, and stable printing tasks across various industry requirements.

Our nationwide service network consists of continuously trained, Xerox-certified technical specialists who provide fast and professional solutions to any issues that arise. Their work is supported by Xerox-trained National Technical Specialists (NTS) and Train the Trainer-certified hardware and software experts, who play a key role in handling complex technical matters and transferring professional knowledge.

Their activities are further supported by Xerox’s international problem-solving center, as well as our Hungarian demonstration showroom, where clients can experience the latest technologies in a real production environment.

Fast response times are ensured by a three-tier logistics system: each technician operates with their own dedicated car kit inventory, while our Budapest-based domestic warehouse maintains a 90-day rotation stock of parts and consumables. This is complemented by regular weekly deliveries from the European central warehouse, with urgent spare parts available within 24 hours if necessary.

In the event of major breakdowns, we provide replacement equipment to minimize downtime and production loss.

Dockland delivers its service solutions under a Full Service Maintenance Agreement (FSMA), which includes corrective repairs, preventive maintenance, wear-and-tear parts, toner supply, and software updates for a fixed fee. This structure guarantees predictable, reliable operation without unexpected costs.

From our Budapest headquarters, we provide nationwide coverage. With references and installed Xerox high-end equipment in numerous major cities, our partners can rely on fast and professional support anywhere in Hungary.
