Dockland Technologies is the exclusive Hungarian distributor and service partner for Xerox high end digital printing systems, backed by more than three decades of industry expertise. In the Hungarian market, as well as globally, Xerox is the market leader in the high end category, supporting the printing industry with exceptional reliability and continuous technological innovation.

Our nationwide service network consists of continuously trained technical specialists certified by Xerox, who provide fast and professional solutions to any issues that may arise. Their work is supported by Xerox-trained National Technical Specialists (NTS) and hardware and software experts with Train the Trainer certification, who offer professional backup for resolving more complex problems. This support is further strengthened by the Xerox International Support Centre and our dedicated demonstration facility in Hungary.

Rapid response is ensured by a three-level logistics system: each technician works with their own car kit stock, while our domestic warehouse in Budapest maintains a parts and consumables inventory with a 90-day rotation cycle. This is complemented by regular weekly shipments from the European logistics centre, and urgent spare parts replenishment can be arranged within 24 hours if needed. In the event of major technical issues, we provide replacement equipment to minimise downtime.

Dockland’s service activities are offered within the framework of a Full Service Maintenance Agreement (FSMA), which covers fault repairs, preventive maintenance, parts, toners and software updates for a fixed fee. This guarantees predictable, secure and cost-efficient operation without unexpected expenses.

From our Budapest headquarters, we cover the entire country: we have numerous references and installed Xerox high end systems in major cities across Hungary, ensuring that our partners can always rely on fast and professional support, wherever they operate.
