Two Industry Leaders Unite: The Xerox–Lexmark Acquisition Is Complete

Xerox has successfully completed the acquisition of Lexmark. The combined company now serves more than 200,000 customers worldwide, operates in 170 countries, and runs 125 manufacturing and distribution centers across 16 countries.

The purpose of the acquisition is to strengthen Xerox’s leadership position in managed print services (MPS), expand its A4 color printing portfolio, and enhance its presence in the Asia–Pacific region.
The transaction is expected to generate at least 200 million dollars in cost savings while improving operational efficiency and financial stability.

According to Steve Bandrowczak, CEO of Xerox:
“This acquisition brings together the experience and capabilities of two strong brands to create even more value for our customers.”

For Dockland, this means that our clients will gain access to an even broader range of enterprise-level, secure printing and data management solutions—aligned with the latest technological trends.
